All Members, Winter Residents, Family and Friends,

          Greeting this Wednesday afternoon!  Please find attached the February Trinity Tidings!  We apologize for not getting it out to you sooner but unforseen illness prevented an earlier distribution. 

          What does not appear in the Trinity Tidings is that Trinity is going through a series of changes.  Changes that have been a long time coming and others that are much more recent. 

          We have not been please with the price of our internet and phone services for some time.  Presently we are in the process of switching over our phones and internet to Verizon and giving up Comcast.

I have to say that once the switch is made we will have a state of the art phone system and hopefully much faster internet.  I have to give a huge shout out to Pam Bradshaw for working through the details and Bart Richie from Trusted Technologies, LLC for spend several hours yesterday help us to get things initially set up.  It may take several weeks before we are up and running with the number “ported” over and the phones programed. 

          In the meantime if you use the church internet when you come to church, please be advised that the password has changed to “Tots@6313”.

Another issue that we have been frustrated with is our Webpage.  We have been paitiently waiting Joseph Rodick to get well to take on redeveloping our Webpage.  He came to the officce today and met with Ray Ware, Pastor Olckers. Susan and myself for over an hour and a half.  He explained many things to us that we were unaware of concerning various laws and programs to utilize.  We hope that the Website will be up and functioning in two months.  We will keep you informed as to when it will be available.

One last thing.  After serving the chureh faithfully and truly leading and guiding the church and the members through some very challenging issues, Mr. Mike Bardon hass decided it is time enjoy his retirement. We thank Mike for his leadership and willingness to take on some very challenging issues here at Trinity.  We pray for both Mike and Pam as new chapters open before them. 

          Until our elections, there has been some shuffling of offices.  Mr. Steve Bradshaw has stepped into the Presidency from Vice-President, and Mr. Gary Charles is willing to serve for the time being as Vice-President.  Mr. Rob Pepper will be coming on board as Head Trustee, replacing Norm Church on the Council.  Norm has spent mnay years as chair and will continue to serve as a Trustee, just not as Head Trustee.
